Western® Premium BBQ Products, Inc. has been manufacturing cooking wood products for more than 25 years. Taking great pride in the consistency of sizing and drying process used in the production of all Western wood products.

The close monitoring of the consistency of the moisture content is what sets Western apart from most cooking wood producers. Their products are dried in approximate batches of 10,000 pounds, and each batch is tested for moisture content and recorded for guaranteed consistency.

Western is committed to offering quality producst. There are no chemicals used in any part of manufacturing wood products.

All are made of real wood, which results in a very low 2% residual ash, far less compared to charcoal briquets, which, depending on the quality, leaves between 18% – 28% residual ash due to all the chemical binders that hold the briquets together. The only way to cook completely naturally is to use 100% real wood.
